TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is principally intended for employees, supervisors, managers, and technical leaders of both large and small businesses.

Although we cannot list every scenario here, this course is intended for anyone who might be exposed to, or aware of, potential volatile situations related to other employees, the business or your job description.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE

This class will provide insight into how to effectively respond to employees that appear to be upset and agitated or exhibiting anger or any other red flags.

Appropriate body language and tone of voice are key to responding to a tense and unpredictable event.

Equally important is understanding when it is best to back away and when you should call for emergency response services.
